We can’t even imagine the horror. So tragic.
The autopsy results have been released for Ryan Dunn and his passenger, Zachary Hartwell and according to the coroner, it is impossible to determine what actually killed the two men – the impact of the crash or the fire the resulted from it. The coroner sadly reported that either way, it was a “violent” death for the men.
Officials are still uncertain whether alcohol played a role in the crash, but will know in 4 to 6 weeks when the toxicology results come in.
Awful. Simply awful. We feel so bad for their families who are surely feeling immense grief. Hopefully, there is some comfort in knowing they are at peace now.
